Would you like to go on the deer-hunting trip of a lifetime? Well, the 2015 Virginia Farm Show can possibly make that happen, if you attend and register for the grand door prize that will be awarded Saturday, Jan. 17, 2015 at the Lee Publications, Inc. exhibit. Just ask the 2014 winners, Bob and Margaret Chandler of Staunton, VA about how exciting this prize can be.
It was at the 2014 Virginia Farm Show that Richard Huff III, co-owner of Keystone Valley Ranch, drew Bob’s name as the Grand Prize winner of a $2,000 credit toward a deer-hunting trip to Keystone Valley Ranch near Shermansdale, PA. Bob and Margaret got their trophy buck in late October.
This year’s three-day event runs Jan. 15-17 at the Augusta Expo Center in Fishersville, VA.
Show manager Ken Maring said this year’s Grand Prize Package Drawing, to be held at 12:30 p.m., will include a $2,000 credit toward a Keystone Valley Ranch Hunt similar to the one presented in 2014 to Bob Chandler, including a Parker Camo crossbow, two Buck knives and a Primo Rack-n-Roll deer caller. The winner need not be present to win. However, they must be 18 years of age to win.
Additional door prizes will be awarded Thursday and Friday at 2 p.m. Prizes on these days include a Mathews Camo Bow on Thursday and a Traditions muzzleloader for a man (with a Barnett pink camo bow for a woman winner) on Friday, as well as Buck knives and deer calls on both days. Details are outlined in promotional advertising elsewhere in this issue of Mid-Atlantic Country Folks. For additional information, visit www.leepub.com.
